There are only a handful of homes in Princeville that have views of the golf course, the white water and sandy shore of Hanalei Bay, and the waterfall laden mountain range that mesmerizes us all. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath stand alone condominium is located within walking distance to the prestigious Princeville St. Regis Hotel, with its access to Hanalei Bay. The comfortable two story floor plan features living, dining, kitchen, half bath, and a spacious covered lanai on the upper level with two bedrooms and two full baths on the lower level. Built on a gentle hillside, each level is accessible from the outside. Relax on the lanai off the master bedroom that leads to a broad expanse of lawn sloping to the golf course. The lower level also features an outdoor tropical shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds that can comfortably be joined together into a king bed for more flexibility for your vacation. Beautifully landscaped grounds with tropical foliage abound. The views from this unit are so remarkable that United Airlines previously used photos taken just outside this unit in full-page ads promoting service to the State of Hawaii!

  This was our second stay at HBV#16. Our first stay was love at first sight and this one was not a let down at all. In fact, we loved the place even more. The upgrades made since 2019 are wonderful.   The condo was clean and updated. It had an awesome large screen TV and a well-appointed kitchen. The AC in the bedrooms was nice. The floors and furniture were in good shape with no signs of damage or need for repair. The unit is open and airy with lots of natural light. The designated parking space is nice and the proximity to two beaches is great. Don't skip the climb down to Hideaway Beach - it is worth it!

  A lovely appointed villa that lent itself to a sense of peace and true relaxation. The beautiful Mountain View was always changing with time of day and weather conditions. Watching the golfers on the 3ed green was good entertainment. Plan on staying there Jan-March 2021.

  This was our second time at the Hanalei Bay Villas but our first stay at #16. From the initial booking to the checking out, our experience was wonderful. The folks at Na Pali Properties are first class. They take great care to be sure everything is ship shape. The property was absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning. From sunrise to sunset. The place was well stocked and clean. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else or dealing with anyone else when traveling to Kauai.
